At Meadowlawn Animal Services, we take pride in making your pet’s experience a positive one. There is nothing more important to us than the safety and well-being of our clients, employees, and the communities we serve. With COVID-19 on the minds of many, we want to update you on the steps we are taking at each location to ensure your health and safety during this challenging time.
In an effort to maintain hospital operations through the duration of the coronavirus pandemic, we have split our staff into two, separate teams that will rotate shifts at the hospital. The teams will not see or work with each other with the hope that if one of our staff is exposed and their entire team needs to self-quarantine, the other medical team will be able to continue working and keep the clinic open for our clients and patients. Each team will thoroughly sanitize all surfaces each night so that the next team will have a clean environment.
Beginning Monday, April 13, 2020, our Conway and Market Common offices will be operating Monday – Saturday in order to effectively transition to the new rotation. Our temporary hours of business will be as follows:
Monday 8am -6pm
Tuesday 8am – 7pm
Wednesday 8am – 6pm
Thursday 8am – 7pm
Friday 9am – 4pm
Saturday 8a – 1pm
