Shelly Fine, DVM – Loris, SC
Dr. Fine is from the beautiful Pacific Northwest where she lived five minutes from the beach. She was a social worker for many years while owning numerous coffee shops and a food truck. After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Fine stayed in Ohio, but both her and her husband longed for the water. Her husband missed fishing and Dr. Fine missed walking on the beach with her dogs. After witnessing the warm and caring doctors and staff at Meadowland Animal Services; Dr. Fine knew she had found her home. She is currently getting her Masters in Veterinary Homeopathy. She likes to couple natural and alternative medicine with traditional veterinary medicine to help aid healing and recovery whenever possible. One of her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine is the relationship she gets to build with her clients. “Veterinary Medicine is the best career in the world!”
